Join us for a six-week block of classes run multiple times a year. Covering common feeding, sleeping and development concerns, parental mental health and wellbeing education and practical support with transitioning into parenthood.

Lead by our wonderful PICS (Perinatal, Infant and Childhood Services team).

• Six consecutive Tuesdays (10AM-12PM).
• Babies need to be between six weeks and six months.
• Four blocks a year.
• Registrations absolutely essential as places are limited.
• $60 (If cost is a barrier we have special circumstances funds available, please get in touch).
